1. Agreement
These Terms govern your access to and use of Nexorium OS. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Nexorium OS provides tools for personal and professional planning, goals, tasks, calendars, notes, analytics, finance, health, and related intelligence features. Features may change as the product develops.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and activity conducted through your account. Notify support@nexorium.ch if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Connected calendars
You may authorize Nexorium to read supported external calendars. You remain responsible for the provider account and can disconnect or revoke access at any time. Calendar information may be delayed, incomplete, or affected by the external provider. Nexorium should not be your sole source for time-critical commitments.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, violate another person's rights, or use Nexorium in violation of applicable law.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of content you enter. You grant Nexorium the limited permission needed to host, process, synchronize, and display that content to provide the service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to the content you submit.
7. Third-party services
Nexorium may connect to services such as Google Calendar, Microsoft, Supabase, or Stripe. Those services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party availability, actions, or changes.
8. Informational guidance
Insights relating to finance, health, productivity, or other decisions are informational and operational guidance only. They are not medical, legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other professional advice. Seek a qualified professional when appropriate.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, introduce limits, or perform maintenance.
10. Intellectual property
Nexorium, its interface, branding, software, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, all rights are reserved.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Nexorium at any time. We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment, serious misuse, or protection of the service and its users.
12. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Nexorium is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights remain unaffected.
14. Changes and contact
